Yield is more than a brand; it’s a reflection of the process that defines us. Rooted in the belief that progress is found in the effort, Yield celebrates the work that often goes unseen—the early mornings, the late nights, the quiet grind. The two stripes in our logo symbolize the journey of progression in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where each stripe on a belt earned represents dedication and growth. They also reflect the brand’s values of resilience, discipline, and the continuous pursuit of self-improvement. Inspired by the natural beauty and cultural values of Hawai'i—aloha, respect, and balance. Yield is a mindset—a love letter to the work itself, to Hawai‘i, and to the people who live it.

I grew up in Hawai‘i playing every sport I could — baseball, football, basketball, wrestling, soccer. Our family practically lived at the park. There wasn’t a weekend we weren’t headed to a game or a practice.
I loved anything that kept me moving and competing. Movement was how I connected to the world. And over time, that instinct to move turned into something deeper: a commitment to work, discipline, and personal growth.
Yield was born from that mindset.
It’s a brand built on effort, not shortcuts — on showing up when no one’s watching, and reaching goals through doing the work.
Today, Jiu Jitsu and martial arts keep me grounded, but Yield isn’t just about combat sports. It’s about movement in all its forms.
It’s about honoring the process, trusting the path, and finding your why — whether that’s in the gym, on the mat, or in your everyday hustle.
Yield is how I live: early mornings, quiet discipline, and humble roots in the place that raised me.
